The room itself was excellent; the beds comfortable, the kitchen amenities more than expected. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing -- friendly, welcoming, helpful. The pool was well equipped especially the adjoining bathroom; it was not their fault the water was so cold.

Loved the holiday decor in the lobby to include hot cocoa bar and an area for letters to Santa. Very cozy and inviting.

This is the best of the best: friendly, helpful staff, *exceptionally* clean room, comfy bed... As I was only there one night, I didn't take advantage of the kitchenette, or the many amenities this location offered. Very impressed!

I liked that the property was clean. I was in a hurry to find a convenient location to stay close to family while in town for a funeral. It was great to have free breakfast options & close to other food & quick shopping. The staff was very nice and asked if everything was okay with my stay each time I passed the front desk.

Our door lock didn't work, locking us out of our room but when we told the young man at the desk, he immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it for us.

The room wat the perfect size for my family. The breakfast was okay but clearly reheated from a frozen state instead of being fresh.

Tha accommodations, cleanliness and location to other establishments were excellent. Our stay was very comfortable and staff were professional. I will definitely choose Home2suites for my next stay in Columbia, SC.😊

rooms very clean and nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. lobby and breakfast areas were nice also. only did a stop over but rooms great for longer stays

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The lobby was decorated for the holidays and was an inviting space to meet up for our large group traveling together! We played games and enjoyed the hot cocoa bar! Our room was a great size for a family!
