The room itself was excellent; the beds comfortable, the kitchen amenities more than expected. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing -- friendly, welcoming, helpful. The pool was well equipped especially the adjoining bathroom; it was not their fault the water was so cold.

This is the best of the best: friendly, helpful staff, *exceptionally* clean room, comfy bed... As I was only there one night, I didn't take advantage of the kitchenette, or the many amenities this location offered. Very impressed!

I liked that the property was clean. I was in a hurry to find a convenient location to stay close to family while in town for a funeral. It was great to have free breakfast options & close to other food & quick shopping. The staff was very nice and asked if everything was okay with my stay each time I passed the front desk.

Loved the holiday decor in the lobby to include hot cocoa bar and an area for letters to Santa. Very cozy and inviting.

The room wat the perfect size for my family. The breakfast was okay but clearly reheated from a frozen state instead of being fresh.

We loved this hotel, it's roomy, well decorated, and having the full kitchen was great. The room was very clean, as well as the rest of the hotel, staff was great, and we loved all the little extras, like a welcome bag of snacks and waters when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The lobby was decorated for the holidays and was an inviting space to meet up for our large group traveling together! We played games and enjoyed the hot cocoa bar! Our room was a great size for a family!

Loved the kitchenette with all the supplies you could need/want. Room was clean and up to date. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A+. Will have to come back next year for my daughter’s graduation and will definitely book with them again.

This hotel is really great to a good price! We were staying one night and leaved in the morning to Congaree National Park. The bed was suuuper comfy. The room was big and clean, so good with a little kitchen area where we could prepere some sandwiches. And the staff were so nice!
